Dear Fellow Baby Boomer,
Many of us, upon reaching retirement age when we suddenly have the time to do the things we've wanted but never had time for, find we no longer have the energy or to lead active lives. I am working on a blog and newsletter to help people get back the energy they've lost and maintain the energy they have. I'll provide information on nutrition and exersize for regeneration and maintenance of the youthful energy we all crave.
